Biscotti al limone
Biscotti al Limone are soft, fragrant lemon cookies and an absolute classic from Italy. When the Biscotti al Limone are then in the oven and you watch them through the glass pane while baking, how small surface cracks form on the lemon biscuit - literally, with anticipation, the water comes to my mouth. I love this intense and sparkling lemon flavor very much and the beautiful look anyway. Best if they are baked with Sicilian lemons. They are crispy on the outside and tenderl

Double Chocolate Cake
Double Chocolate Bundt Cake with Chocolate Ganache Glaze. Even though it’s prepared with lots of butter, this chocolate cake turned out to be very light. The sticky chocolate ganache glaze is a nice contrast with the delicate texture of the cake. It looks exactly like the cake I’d request every birthday for about eight years when I was younger. This cake is just mouth watering, brings back lots of childhood memories for me. The history of chocolate cake is a captivating journ

Roasted Tomato Soup
Roasted Tomato Soup, like most foods from childhood, it can be easily improved if you use a few cheffy tricks. I found that roasting the tomatoes first with garlic, onion, and cayenne pepper helped intensify their flavor. The charred edges added a lovely smoky quality to the finished soup. Another big hearty flavor booster would be the sun-dried tomato pesto at the top of this dish. Locally grown tomatoes in this soup really hit the spot. It is best served with crusty bread.

Cauliflower soup with Pistachio
Cauliflower is amazingly healthy vegetable. A cruciferous vegetable, cauliflower is formed of a mass of tiny, tightly-packed flower heads (known as curds). These flowers sprout from a thick central stem to form a single, round head. Most cauliflowers are white, but it's possible to buy green and purple varieties, as well as the sweeter romanesco cauliflower, with its characteristic pointed florets. Cauliflower is a heart-friendly vegetable thanks to a plant compound called su
